Maharashtra: Girl Sleeping in Roadside Shanty Crushed to Death as Truck Overturns on Her

A14 -year -old girl who slept in a roadside hut was destroyed to death after an empty truck overturned in the city of Thane Maharashtra on Friday morning, officials said.

After being warned about the accident, the firefighting team and RDMC rushed to the place and pulled out the girl trapped under the truck with the help of a crane, he said.

The girl was immediately taken to the Thane Civil Hospital, where the doctor said she died, said Sawant, added that the truck driver fled from the place.
